The entrance to the space is visible from the busy Clerkenwell Road and the Green itself is a major thoroughfare for local workers accessing Farringdon Station (set to become one of the busiest in London with the expansion of Crossrail). The space is split over a ground floor and larger basement area. It is in a good condition and features beautiful original wood floors and beams. Clerkenwell is widely considered to be the heart of London's creative industries, boasting the highest concentration of design businesses in the world. This space is a two-minute walk from Farringdon station and is also in walking distance from Chancery Lane, Barbican, Angel and Old Street stations.

If using as an event space, maximum capacity is 120-150 people standing. Bar, security and invigilation staff are available at reasonable rates.
There is no alcohol license in place so alcohol can only be provided free of charge.
