A little about this space
At the crossroads where Old Street meets Shoreditch High Street and Kingsland Road is this impressive, event space. With two interconnecting spaces with exposed brickwork and access to a rear courtyard which can be used for loading. This versatile venue has hosted launches and parties for the likes of Instagram, Adidas, London Fashion Week and Kanye West and the billboards to either side of the entrance can be hired to advertise your event too.

Daily dry hire rates from £3,500+VAT, discount available for block bookings and build days.
Included in the dry hire fee are:
Duty manager from start to finish
PA System
Basic lighting
Use of the Production Office
Use of cloakroom not staffed
Post event cleaning
Loading bay
A £1,500 damage waiver will also be required. This will be returned within 7 days of the event. Security Personnel and Public liability are mandatory requirements.
