A little about this space
Once a part of town where textiles were manufactured, Soho is now the place to go for clothes shopping - from La Perla to Levis. And people from around the world head there in their droves. Formerly home to the luxury clothing and lifestyle brand Ted Baker, this gallery-like space is not only huge but very flexible and has been newly white-boxed. There's high ceilings, cast-iron columns and plenty of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a large panel of skylights. A panoramic wall covering of the countryside complements the textural design elements along with the exposed brick walls. The area gets lots of foot traffic especially during the weekend when out-of-towners and tourists flood the streets for the latest fashions. But there’s a steady flow of people on Grand any time due to the proximity to the 1/A/C/E/N/R/6 train stations all of which are under 10-minutes away.

Space rules
OWNER has the right to cancel the booking up to 30 days prior to start date of January 20, 2019.
There will be no penalty if OWNER decides to exercise the cancellation right of which can be exercised via email to Appear Here.
Occupant states that it has made a thorough inspection of the Space and agrees to take the same in its condition “as is” as of the date hereof and OWNER shall have no obligation to alter, improve or decorate the Space for OCCUPANT’s use and occupancy. OCCUPANT shall not make or allow any alterations, installations, improvements, additions or other physical changes in or about the Space without OWNER’s prior consent, which consent may be withheld at OWNER’s sole discretion.
Owner and its Agents are allowed to show the space during the event. Prior notice will be given and all showings will be accompanied by its Agents at all times.
Occupant shall provide the owner a set of plans for approval.
Insurance requirement is General liability insurance coverage in the amount of $3M
aggregate / $1M per occurrence. Insured to "Man Yun Real Estate Corp."
OTHER INFO:
Tenant is responsible for all rubbish removal.
A fee of $400 per week shall be assessed for non-commercial trash if Tenant does not provide their own service.
WIFI 1 gig fiber service is available at $2,000 per a 2 week interval.
Tenant shall return the space back into a white box condition.
CAPACITY:
200 people, does not need a TPA (temporary place of assembly permit)
