If you are looking for a space to hold an intimate event in South East London, the back room in Holdron's Arcade is an interesting option. The building sits in a busy area of Peckham close to many local shops and bars visited frequently by the residents. The space on offer is very small and located at the back of this large building on Rye Lane. Being a part of a larger space will mean that some amenities, like the toilets, will be shared. The floors are stripped back concrete and the walls are painted white. The ceiling is comprised of lots of wooden beams laid on top of each other giving an unfinished looked to the space. The entrance to this space is located on the very busy Rye Lane so the area can often experience a large footfall. The opening hours for this space are from 9am-9pm but this can be extended subject to approval from the landlord. This is a great opportunity to throw an event in a trendy area of the South.

Space rules
Hours are in general from 9-9pm but these can be changed subject to approval.
VAT is payable on the Rent.
A damage deposit will be required - the exact figure is to be negotiated subject to proposal.
Minimum hire is 1 week
Tenants are required to organise their own liability insurance for their period of occupation
Alcohol and kitchen use: You are permitted to bring up to 60 units of alcohol per day of hire into the Backroom, prior to written agreement with Copeland Park. If we receive noise complaints or your event runs over your allotted time, we reserve the right to retain some of your deposit. You are permitted to use the kitchen adjacent to the Backroom. Please ensure it is left clean and all rubbish is in the bin.
Installation: You are welcome to mechanically fix artwork to the walls. Any alterations made to the walls are to be filled, sanded and painted back to their previous condition, or some deposit will be retained. Materials for this can be sourced through the site office during office hours. Please ensure the floor is covered before painting the walls.
Vehicles and parking: Vehicles are permitted 15mins delivery/collection free of charge, following this it’s £2 per hour or £10 per day (07:00 - 20:00) for cars, and £3 per hour or £15 per day for vans. Parking is first come first served and the car park is open 06.30 - 23.00 every day.
