Home truths
The landlord can offer bespoke pricing up on asking, depending on length of the tenancy and the time of the day - always best to enquire and ask.
Corporate takeovers are welcome in the venue, and retail concepts can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Loading can be done right outside and also from the back.
Video content can be put on the big screen in the entrance way but external branding permitted is minimal.
A TENs licence can be obtained for events which need to run later than midnight.
We would like to clarify that our quotes include the venue hire fee only and do not cover security as this is provided by an external supplier with cost depending on specific event requirements.
External branding is subject to approval.
