The iconic Grosvenor Shopping is the major shopping destination in Northampton. Located in the middle of the ground floor, Up Market is a collection of the best emerging food, fashion and lifestyle brands curated by Appear Here. There are 3 stalls available to rent every Saturday and Sunday. Timber frame market stalls with countertops will be provided.

There is a 4 week minimum commitment. Stalls will be located on the ground floor.

Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
Space rules
1. Tenants must trade from 9-6 Saturday, and 10.30-4 on Sunday.
2. Tenants must arrive 1 hour before trading hours begin.
3. Tenants must use the iZettle machines provided by L&G.
4. Tenants must pay £30 for a sign, which will be in Avenir font and contain their business name.
5. Tenants must have Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5 million. You must send a copy one week before trade begins, and have a copy with you on site at all times.
