A little about this space
This space consists of six floors. The listed online price applies to renting three floors of this building for a 12 hour hire. Prices vary if you would like to book additional floors, the details of which are contained within the Rules of the Space below. Greek Street is a classic Soho street. A vein running through the beating heart of one of London’s most interesting and jam-packed neighbourhoods. From the unmarked cult cocktail bar Thirst to Bibimbap - the Korean eatery that has queues snaking out the door - it’s a street most Londoners know well. Give them something unexpected to discover next time they walk past. This big retail space is all white, from the front door to the top floor. There are six floors to work with: great for a press launch, new brand concept or showroom idea. Your neighbours will include hip local bars, private members’ club Soho House and the Gaucho – and classic restaurants like Quo Vadis. The tube stations Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square are just a 5-minute walk away, and footfall will come from all directions: Oxford Circus to the north, and Piccadilly and Chinatown to the south.
