A little about this space
Fenchurch Street station may be small, but it’s by no means quiet – over 16.4 million people pass through the turnstiles here each year. And because it’s easy to cover on foot, you’re likely to reach big crowds with a promotional space inside the station. There are two spots available – one 2m x 2m space on the ground floor, at the bottom of the escalators and next to Burger King. Shout about your big idea here: at the entrance to the station, and in full view of those both coming in and standing outside the door. The second spot is 1.5m x 1.5m and is located on the upper floor of the station, near a set of barriers. While people are searching for their travel pass, there’s dwell time – so give them a reason to pause. These spaces would suit florists and brands looking to advertise. There’s also a food court outside the station, from Tuesday-Friday, which could bring in people working nearby.

Space rules
Set up must be pre-approved. Maximum size is 1.5m in width and 1.5m in length.

There is a mandatory safety briefing required prior to your launch date in the station. Ask your concierge for more details and to book this in for you.
Operating hours are 7.00 - 21.00. Brands must not be on-site for longer than 12 hours.
Brands must sign-in on arrival. Set up must be complete before 07.00, or after 09.30. Brands must be set up before 10:30am and will not be permitted to sign in after unless agreed by Station Management.
You must sign out and leave the site either by 16:00 or after 19:00 and not in between these hours.
Tenants must bring their own stand and equipment - nothing is provided by the landlord (including power or water). The space must be cleared by the tenant at the end of the tenancy, with all rubbish removed from the site.
Set up must be staffed at all times.
There is no storage available at the station.
Copy of public liability insurance mandatory to trade and PAT testing certificates (if relevant)
