A little about this space
A few minutes from the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Gardens, this space is an opportunity to launch your idea in a busy, upmarket part of the city. Popular with chic residents and passing tourists alike, the surrounding streets are littered with luxury hotels, bars and boutiques. Here, your idea can join the likes of Elena Miro menswear and Roger & Gallet perfumery and soap shop. Behind a dark, wooden facade entrance there are two floors ready to be decked out with a new idea. On the ground floor the mood is modern: with white walls, polished flooring and lots of light. Downstairs, the basement has a stone arch ceiling and offers a more intimate setting. Have fun styling the two floors, and making the most of the different features. The space is currently set out as a gallery, but has the scope for a range of ideas: from luxury design, to high fashion and cosmetics. Space rules
Each floor is 30sqm
Any form of reception in the evening is prohibited. Inaugurations or launch cocktails may be held only with the agreement of the lessor. The tenant will return the premises in the state where he received them: cleaning included, garbage cans removed, furniture put back in place. Installation: the tenant will submit prior to the landlord any display project on the windows and exteriors of the Premises.
