Hummus Bros
Hummus Bros was born in May 2003, when two college friends stumbled upon a small specialist delicatessen with three basic ingredients: pitta bread, hummus and olive oil. In no time at all, the bowls of hummus were licked clean. "I could eat a good meal like that everyday!" someone remarked. At that point their dream was born: to open a place dedicated to hummus. And they did just that. This month, Old Street commuters are in for a treat as Hummus Bros will be serving up their delicious hummus bowls all day in the station.
