Sipsmith's Winter Warmers
The pioneers of London's artisan gin renaissance, Sipsmith, has teamed up with Ham Yard Hotel to serve up a selection of the gin cocktails on a hidden roof terrace. With woollen blankets to snuggle up in and a breathtaking view of London's skyline, it's the perfect spot to enjoy one of Sipsmith's historically inspired winter warmers. From Hot G&Ts to Steaming Juleps, Sipsmith has delved into London’s drinking past – from the 16th century right through to the 1920s – to craft a very modern menu.

The Laos Cafe by Saiphin
The Laos Cafe is the creation of Saiphin Moore, head chef of Rosa's Thai Cafe group. The pop-up restaurant has opened up in Victoria and marks the 7th Rosa's Thai Cafe opening. The menu is designed for sharing and features 18 dishes from Laos. As a former French colony, the dishes include many influences from French cuisine. Incredibly, it is also the only restaurant in London serving Laotian food, so make sure you get a taste before it disappears in February.
