POPdown by Cuisson is a new dining experience in Borough Market. Cuisson is serving up an Asian-inspired five-course tasting menu, drawing inspiration from other market traders. The chefs prepare and plate dishes within the dinning area, encouraging dinners to watch, ask questions, and even lend a hand as their food is served.

Summer Jungle at The Lights of Soho
Summer Jungle is your chance to see inside Soho’s notorious members club, The Lights of Soho. The space has been decked out in jungle-themed neon lights, and a new cocktail has been designed in collaboration with Fentimans, boasting boozy delights such as the Blushing Bulldog, made with Campari, Bulldog Gin, Martini Rosso and Fentimans Rose Lemonade; and Rum Jigger, made with Bacardí, Cointreau, Orgeat, lime juice and Fentimans Mandarin and Seville Orange.

Etsy Makers Market
For the Bank Holiday weekend Etsy sellers are setting up shop on the roof of John Lewis as part of the Gardening Society pop-up. Visitors will be able to meet the makers and shop a selection of handcrafted items from Pasinga, Sincerley Louise, Nikki Strange, Ms Spanner, Cookie Art London, and Fox In The Attic.
